Release allowances apply across the workspace. Preparing a new release counts toward the allowance; viewing a prepared preview does not. Each website supports up to 100 pages including its homepage, 1,000 retained files, 1 GB of retained file storage, and 25 MiB per supported image or PDF. Capacity outside these limits needs a separately agreed scope.
Plans include static website hosting with HTTPS, dashboard access, scoped API keys, private previews, release history and supported website analytics. Platform support covers problems with SiteSnug. Plans include no editing minutes. Content changes made by our team, design work and additional integrations are quoted separately.
Migration
Migration is $499 per website for up to 10 agreed public content pages, or $999 for up to 100. Larger or complex sites require a reviewed custom quote before work begins. The confirmed written scope takes priority over an automated estimate.
Payment is 50% before work and 50% after you approve the preview, before launch. We transfer agreed content into supported SiteSnug layouts. A pixel-for-pixel rebuild, online store, customer login, booking system or other custom application is included only when explicitly quoted. Domain registration, mailbox services and third-party charges are separate.
If you cancel migration work, completed and committed work is charged against the deposit; any unused balance is reviewed for refund. We do not begin additional work without an agreed scope.
Renewal and cancellation
Hosting renews monthly until canceled through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. There is no automatic refund for used service or unused time within that paid period; contact support about duplicate charges or a service problem.
Account registration alone does not start a paid subscription. You see the price and recurring charge before payment. Migration is a separate purchase.
Failed payments
A previously paid workspace has a 14-day grace period after its paid access expires. After that, new site creation, draft changes and publishing are paused until payment is resolved. Existing pages are not deleted by this pause. Read access and supported exports remain available.
A new subscription grants access only after the server verifies a matching paid Stripe invoice. An incomplete or failed first payment does not activate hosting allowances.
Your content and your domain
You retain ownership of your content and domain. You are responsible for having the rights to supplied content. Review previews and important functionality before approving a release. AI tools can change only the supported fields allowed by their keys; you control their permissions and can revoke access.
SiteSnug hosts informational static sites. Custom forms, stores and other applications need an agreed integration. Website analytics is subject to browser privacy choices and collection limits; see our measurement notice.
