Get your website settled.
Keep the parts of your website that work. Make changing them simpler.
1. Create your workspace
Create an account, confirm your email, and sign in. Account registration is free; it does not subscribe you to hosting. Your dashboard includes a setup checklist.
2. Bring your pages
Request a website review or use the migration estimator. We confirm the page inventory, supported layout, files, redirects and any special features before quoting work. Migration and ongoing hosting are separate.
Once hosting access is active, you can also create a new site yourself. Each supported site can contain up to 100 pages, with images, PDF downloads, tables and grouped navigation.
3. Connect your AI tool
Open API keys, choose the specific site, and create an Edit content and prepare previews key. Save the secret in your tool’s secure environment. Use a tool that supports HTTPS API calls; some chat interfaces cannot call this API directly.
Tell your tool: “Read this site’s current content, change only the requested fields, preserve its other pages, save using the current revision and a fresh request ID, then prepare a release for me to review.”
- Read:
GET /api/sites/SITE_ID/content - Save the full supported content object:
PUT /api/sites/SITE_ID/contentwithexpectedRevision,idempotencyKeyandcontent. - Prepare the release:
POST /api/sites/SITE_ID/releaseswithexpectedRevisionandidempotencyKey.
Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY on API calls to https://sitesnug.com. The site ID appears in its workspace URL. If the draft revision has changed, read it again before saving. The edit key leaves publishing in your dashboard.
See the Cylentware pilot walkthrough to follow a change from draft to release.
4. Preview, approve, publish
Saving a draft does not change the live site. In the site workspace, open Releases, prepare a fixed release, and review its private preview. Publish that release when you are satisfied. Previously published releases remain available for restoration.
5. Connect your domain
Open Domain connection in the site workspace. Add the hostname and verify the ownership TXT record. SiteSnug then shows the required CNAME and connection status. Supported Cloudflare zones can be updated through the configured integration; other vendors may need manual DNS changes.
Keep your mailbox MX, SPF, DKIM and other email records. Do not remove your existing website until the new site, HTTPS certificate and important links have been checked.
A human when you need one
Send an update request if you want us to handle a change. Work is quoted separately. Use Settings & access to delegate to named staff for selected sites, with an expiry and permissions you control.
