What is SiteSnug?
SiteSnug is a website migration and content-management service from Cylentware for small businesses with informational websites. We move agreed text and available images into supported layouts. Activated workspaces can edit content, manage pages and files, review private previews, and approve publishing.

SiteSnug is designed for informational websites that explain a business, its services, hours, location, photos and documents. Online stores, member areas, booking systems, custom applications and unusual layouts require separate review. We agree what can move before committing to the work.

Yes, subject to reviewing the site and agreeing a written scope. We copy agreed text and available images into supported SiteSnug layouts. This is a content migration, not an automatic copy of a theme, plugin, store or custom feature. Forms, booking paths and integrations are reviewed individually.
Read the migration scopeHow much does a website migration cost?
Published migration starting prices are $499 per site for up to 10 pages and $999 per site for up to 100 pages. The final price depends on the agreed content, layout and functionality and is confirmed in a written quote. Larger or more involved migrations need a custom quote; requests above 100 pages also need capacity confirmation. Monthly hosting is separate.

Migration payment is 50% upfront before work starts and 50% after you approve the preview, before launch. Payment arrangements are confirmed directly. A website review or estimator result does not approve work or charges, and online migration payments are disabled.
Read the service termsIs monthly hosting included in the migration price?
No. Migration is a one-time service; ongoing hosting is separate. The monthly packages shown on the homepage are proposed plans, not a current offer, and paid subscriptions are not open yet. Managed updates, custom design, domains, mailbox services and other third-party services are quoted or charged separately.

Use the public website review form or migration estimator. Neither requires an account or payment. We review the website, agree the scope, price and timing, then arrange the next steps directly. Public account signup is open; creating an account does not start a paid subscription.
Request a website reviewCan I review website changes before they go live?
Yes. Activated workspaces can prepare a fixed release and open its authenticated private preview. Saving a draft or preparing a preview does not change the live website. Review the pages, files, navigation, contact details and important links, then approve the exact release before publishing.
Follow the preview and launch processCan I keep my website addresses when I move?
Existing page addresses are reviewed in the migration scope, preserved where practical, and mapped to agreed redirects when they change. Supported client releases can include canonical URLs, a sitemap and structured business information based on visible owner-supplied content. Check the agreed URLs, redirects and metadata before launch. Search rankings, indexing and traffic are not guaranteed.

Compatible tools that can make HTTPS API calls can use a site-specific key to read and update supported content and prepare a release. Setup currently requires a custom API integration. One-click assistant connections and a built-in AI chat editor are not available. An edit key can leave publishing permission in your dashboard.
Read the AI connection guideWill SiteSnug guarantee my website appears in AI answers?
No. Public pages and structured data can help search systems understand the content, but SiteSnug cannot guarantee inclusion, citations, rankings or recommendations in Google, ChatGPT or other search and answer services. Content accuracy, crawler access and the search service's own decisions all matter.

Yes. Request a change and grant named staff access only to the selected sites they need. We agree the work and price before starting. Managed content updates and design work are quoted separately; monthly plans include no editing-time allowance. You can also edit supported content yourself.
